What is included in my ticket?
The ticket includes:
Samples from participating wineries
- Italy in the Valley logo wine glass
Lunch prepared by Chef Wendy Bennett
Access to products and samples from several local vendors that specialize in Italian fare
I am a club member with one of the wineries. Can I receive a discount on my ticket?
Because there are a large number of wineries involved in this event, we’re unable to offer special pricing to each of the wine clubs.
Where should I park?
We will have staff on hand to direct traffic for parking. If you are staying in Carlton, the winery is only a short walk from downtown. Feel free to leave your car wherever you are staying and walk to the event.
Will I be able to purchase wines? If I am a club member of one of the wineries, can I receive my club discounts on wine?
Most of the wines poured will be available for purchase. Wines can be purchased in the Cana’s Feast Tasting Room and in some cases, at the barrels from the winery representatives. Wines purchased at the barrel can be picked up in the tasting room. If you are a club member at Cana’s Feast, we can give you your club discounts on our wines. Club members of other featured wineries can receive their discounts if they purchase directly from the winery representatives.
Is this event dog friendly?
Dogs who are comfortable with crowds also may attend. They must be on leash at all times.
Is there a reduced entrance fee for Designated Drivers?
We are happy to accommodate designated drivers. There is a small entrance fee for them. Please call Cana’s Feast at 503.852.0002 for additional information.
What time should I show up?
Entrance to the event will start promptly at Noon.
Will there be a vegetarian option for the lunch?
There will be a vegetarian option for lunch at the event. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any additional dietary restrictions.
Will there be accommodations for those with disabilities?
We strongly encourage anyone who needs assistance to contact Amy at Cana’s Feast ahead of time so that we can make arrangements for both parking and seating if needed. 503.852.0002.
Will there be tables and/or seating to eat at during the event?
In addition to the tables on the terrace and piazza we will have additional tables and barrels at which to stand. If you are at one of the seated tables on the terrace or piazza, we do ask that you allow others to use the table when you are finished eating.
Are there overnight accommodations in the area?
There are a lot of places to stay in the Carlton area. Visit visitcarlton.com/stay/ to see a list. McMinnville is only a 15 minute drive from the winery and has a number of hotels and B&Bs as well. We encourage you to book as early as possible as they fill up quickly during the summer.
